Exemplary Kitchen Renovation

“Dale Olson was referred to us by Don of Goldcrest Kitchens. We wanted to replace cabinetry in our 1965 home. Dale worked alone performing the following:

Demolition of all built-in cabinetry,
Moved ceiling fan and arranged for the ceiling to be re-stippled,
Removed hallway carpet,
A rebuilt floor in corner of the kitchen (bi-level house, we needed to remove closet at bottom of the back stairwell),
Widened the passage from the living room that required installing a supporting beam,
Picked up and installed laminate tile with transitions.

After cabinetry was installed, Dale:

Installed tile backsplash,
Installed over the range microwave.

Dale’s work ethic is exemplary; he arrived on time and worked tirelessly until done the task of the day. He cleared all debris and took it away in his trailer for disposal, every day he cleaned up the work area.
